“I am a firm believer in the power of art to make a difference.”

Baby Cambridge
Kate’s public speaking skills have improved with practice since her first nervous efforts after her wedding to Prince William – whose picture she coincidentally passed last night. The couple will celebrate their second anniversary on Monday.
It was the third public engagement in four days for Kate, whose pregnancy has started showing now that she’s wearing spring outfits.
She laughed as broadcaster Jon Snow, a patron of The Art Room, urged supporters to spread the word about the bump to others.
“Tell them you saw the bump and when you saw the bump you thought of The Art Room,” he said of the Duchess.
“If she can turn out at this stage of her pregnancy for this cause, it must be big.”

A geneticist and an illustrator worked together to compile a list of dominant traits from both William and Catherine’s families in order to scientifically predict Baby Cambridge’s physical appearance in 25 years.
According to them, the child will have:
- brunette hair (dominant trait from Catherine)
- full lips (dominant trait from William)
- cheek dimples (dominant trait from Catherine)
- free hanging earlobes (dominant trait from both parents)
- almond-shaped eyes (dominant trait from Catherine)
- olive-toned skin (dominant trait from Catherine)
- Oval-shaped face (dominant trait from both parents)
- Mountbatten* family nose (dominant trait from William, through Charles and Philip)
- Neither parent’s eye color is dominant, so the child has a 50% of inheriting either blue eyes (from William) or green eyes (from Catherine). In the illustrations, the son has blue eyes and the daughter has green.
This same illustrator also created an image of William and Catherine in 50 years time. Although, this blogger thinks he may have been a little generous with the hair *ahem*.
Is the bald spot a dominant trait?
“These are lovely, they remind me of my wedding bouquet.”
